What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, mobile number, district and address, and — only if you provide it — your email. We also record the booking date, number of persons, amount, and payment references returned by PhonePe (order ID, transaction ID, payment mode, status).
Why we collect it
To issue and verify your Praveshika, to manage entry at the venue, to contact you about your booking or any change to the programme, and to maintain accounts as required by law.
Payments
Payments are handled by PhonePe Payment Gateway under its own privacy policy. We never receive your card number, CVV, bank password or UPI PIN.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with our payment gateway to process payment, with event staff to verify entry, and with authorities where required by law.
Security and retention
Booking data is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised organisers. We keep it for as long as needed for the event and our legal and accounting obligations.
