Refund & Cancellation Policy

No cancellation or refund
Praveshika (entry passes) for the Janata Raja Mahanatya are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, changed to another date, or refunded.
If a show is cancelled
If the organisers cancel a presentation, holders of Praveshika for that date will be refunded the amount paid to the original payment method, or offered another date, as announced on this website.
Failed or pending payments
If money is debited but your booking is not confirmed (the payment fails or stays pending), the amount is reversed automatically to your account by your bank or PhonePe, usually within 5–7 working days. If it is not, contact us with your mobile number and the payment reference.
Delivery of Praveshika
The Praveshika is issued instantly online after payment is confirmed. No physical delivery is involved; you can download or print it from the booking confirmation page.
